We expect the U.S. dollar to churn sideways-to-lower with economic growth converging across the globe and inflation expectations well-anchored. Equities outside the U.S. and commodities away from energy are likely outperformers.
We're starting to see more upside for oil prices. We continue to eye a scenario where converging economic growth rates push Treasury yields higher and the U.S. dollar lower. The confluence of a weaker dollar, stronger metals and rallying industrial equities would be bullish for oil.
Walmart remains an outlier in worrying about tariffs. Most companies see little-to-no impact.
