Crude Oil Supply and Demand Is Out of Balance

The story in the oil market is much the same as other parts of the economy. Booming demand is outstripping available supply. This cannot be fixed by the Saudis pumping their oil wells a little faster. The entire global supply of crude oil is falling short of desired demand.
